Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a Blending Operator at our Green Bay, WI facility. You will prepare raw materials and ingredients for production, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards to support consistent product output.

Responsibilities include operating blending equipment, reading batch records, inputting data into SAP, and maintaining clean work areas in a fast-paced food production environment. Prior packaging/production experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow documents such as ingredient information and batch records.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy in measurements and documentation.
• Basic proficiency in math for measuring and recording ingredients.
• Ability to use basic computer software systems to input and retrieve data (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment and cheese grinder to prepare raw materials per batch specifications.
• Read batch records, scan barcodes, and label ingredients accurately.
• Enter production data into SAP and communicate shift pass-downs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow GMP/SSOP guidelines.
