Job summary

NiCE is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive DACH SaaS sales from a remote setup. You will manage high-value deals with senior executives, build long-term partnerships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

You will prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close in a fast-growing AI/CX space, leveraging CRM and ROI storytelling. Fluent German and English required; remote work; reporting to Senior Director, Sales EU.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS to enterprise customers, preferably in CX/AI.
• Proven track record closing complex deals with senior executives.
• Fluent German and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new enterprise clients within the DACH region.
• Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Develop territory plans and build ROI-driven business cases.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs and demos.
• Collaborate with BDRs, Presales, Marketing, Product and Finance.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
