Job summary

Remote is seeking a German-fluent Account Executive to drive new business in the DACH region from anywhere. You will own prospecting, qualification, and full sales cycles, building strong relationships with key decision makers while meeting or exceeding quota. This is a fully remote role with global impact.

You’ll collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to present Remote’s HR platform, handle inbound/outbound outreach, and strategically grow enterprise opportunities in diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Account Executive in a New Business role or related SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Native or professional fluency in German; strong English communication.
• Experience building outbound sales pipeline via multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and close dates.
• Meet and exceed sales quota based on role level and manage the entire sales cycle.
• Identify new opportunities and manage from prospecting to close.
• Maintain a clean, current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
• Present and deliver information effectively to potential clients.
• Answer client questions promptly and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to support client process and experience.
