Job summary

Synthesia is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our EMEA Global Accounts team. You will land and expand strategic logos in DACH and speak native-level German. The role focuses on delivering value-based software solutions that enhance enterprise communication through AI video.

You will drive ARR, manage a strong pipeline, forecast revenue, and collaborate with Customer Success to ensure adoption and expansion across large organizations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in b2b SaaS sales, landing and expanding high-value logos; annual quota of $1M+ and six-figure deals.
• Proven outbound prospecting into new accounts and product demonstrations in a value-based sales environment.
• Ability to identify client pain points and deliver ROI-focused value propositions.
• Experience with value-driven, methodology-based sales processes, ideally MEDDPICC or similar.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build champions in complex, global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive ARR by landing and expanding top customers in DACH.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with direct and team-based prospecting.
• Forecast accurately and deliver quarterly revenue with aligned account plans.
• Develop expertise in how strategic organizations can transform communications through video.
