Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including nights/weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of operating room environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Sales Manager to develop sales strategy for robot utilization.
• Mentor surgical teams through training, OR integration, and da Vinci applications.
• Support regional sales and marketing events for system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Drive instrument and accessory sales and expand user base with key opinion leaders.
• Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reporting.
