Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative in the Greater Chicago Area to drive robot utilization of the da Vinci system. You will mentor surgical teams during OR integration and training, acting as a da Vinci resource across primary specialties and supporting regional events to expand system adoption.

The role requires collaboration with sales leaders, development of team-specific plans, and handling administrative duties while expanding the user base with KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization
• Mentor surgical teams via training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci® Surgery applications
• Be a da Vinci® Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events to create system awareness and procedure adoption
• Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised
• Expand the user base by working with KOLs
• Drive the sales of instruments and accessories
• Mentor new team members to become high-performance members of the clinical sales team
• Responsibly manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reports
