Statewide Window and Doors is seeking a D2D Home Improvement Canvass Manager in Fort Myers, FL to lead a door-to-door canvassing team, train them, and drive quality leads for sales growth.

You will interview, hire, and manage, conduct regular field coaching, map neighborhoods, plan routes, and track performance to improve results; compensation includes salary plus commission and overrides.

Position: D2D Home Improvement Canvass Manager

- In this role, you will lead, train, and manage a door-to-door canvassing team, oversee daily performance, and develop strategies to generate quality leads and support sales growth.

Qualified Candidate -

MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads.
