Job summary

Florida's Best Water Treatment Company is seeking an experienced Canvassing Manager to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This isn’t a desk-only management role. You’ll be in the field, coaching your team and helping drive production.

Interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers; lead team meetings and coaching sessions; train in the field and lead by example; build neighborhood mapping and route strategies; track performance and improve team production.

Qualifications

• Proven door-to-door canvassing management experience.
• Experience hiring, training, and managing canvassers.
• Experience building and leading canvassing teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Must have a car or truck.

We're looking for an experienced Canvassing Manager to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This isn't a desk-only management role. You'll be in the field, coaching your team and helping drive production.

Compensation:

• Earn $100K-$125K
• Salary + Commission + Overrides
