Job summary

Florida's Fast Growing Window Company is seeking an experienced canvassing manager to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. You will be in the field, coaching your team and driving production to meet aggressive growth targets.

This role requires hands-on leadership, proven canvassing management experience, and the ability to train teams while working across neighborhoods in Florida.

Qualifications

• Must have proven door-to-door canvassing management experience.
• Experience in home-improvement or related home-services.
• Experience building and training canvassing teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Must have a car or truck.

This isn't a desk-only management role. You'll be in the field, coaching your team and helping drive production.
