Statewide Window and Doors is seeking a Home Remodeling Canvassing Manager in Florida to lead and coach a field canvassing team focused on generating qualified leads for sales growth.

You will interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers, develop routing strategies across regional areas, and monitor performance to drive results on a daily basis.

Position: Home Remodeling Canvassing Manager

- In this role, you will lead, train, and manage a door-to-door canvassing team, oversee daily performance, and develop strategies to generate quality leads and support sales growth.

Qualified Candidate

MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads.

Qualifications

• Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
• Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
