Florida's Fast Growing Window Company is seeking a Homeowner Outreach Manager to lead a door-to-door canvassing team, train staff, and drive lead generation for sales growth. You will oversee daily performance, develop regional maps and routes, and coach the team to improve results in the field.

Position: Homeowner Outreach Manager (No Selling) - In this role, you will lead, train, and manage a door-to-door canvassing team, oversee daily performance, and develop strategies to generate quality leads and support sales growth.

Qualified Candidate - MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads.

• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
• Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
