Qualifications

• Canvassing management experience in home improvement or related industry.
• Ability to coach and lead a large field team.
• Experience building and motivating canvassing teams.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers.
• Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training.
• Develop neighborhood mapping and route plans across regional areas.
• Track performance and support daily production to improve results.
