Job summary

Leidos seeks a Cybersecurity Training Manager to lead the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program across a distributed workforce, partnering with program leadership and Government stakeholders to assess readiness, close gaps, and deliver timely reporting.

You will develop training plans aligned to DoD 8140 work roles, track qualifications, and maintain dashboards, while guiding training events, lessons learned, and remediation actions to strengthen cyber defense capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, IT, or operational training programs in a large, distributed organization.
• Knowledge of DoD cyber workforce concepts, including DoD 8140 and DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work roles.
• Experience developing readiness metrics, analyzing workforce data, and producing executive-level reports and briefings.
• Ability to coordinate competing priorities across Government, contractor, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program.
• Develop and maintain training plans aligned to DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work roles and contract requirements.
• Track workforce qualification status, training completion, individual development plans, and readiness metrics.
• Establish and maintain readiness dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and recommend prioritized training, qualification, mentoring, and remediation actions.
• Coordinate training schedules across sites, work centers, shifts, and stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned and develop corrective-action plans after exercises and trainings.
