Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Manager to lead TN22 cybersecurity training and workforce readiness across a distributed program. You will partner with program leaders and government stakeholders to assess readiness, identify gaps, and deliver timely, decision-ready readiness reporting.

You will develop training plans, track qualifications, and maintain readiness metrics and dashboards. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, a related degree or equivalent experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12+ years relevant experience.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, IT, or operational training programs in a large distributed organization.
• Knowledge of DoD cyber workforce concepts, DoD 8140, and DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work roles.
• Experience developing readiness metrics and executive-level reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program.
• Develop and maintain training plans aligned to DoD work roles and contract requirements.
• Track qualification status, training completion, and development plans.
• Establish readiness metrics, dashboards, and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate training schedules across multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned and develop corrective-action plans.
