Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Manager to lead the TN22 cybersecurity training and workforce readiness for the GSM-O II program. This role provides leadership, oversight, and reporting across a geographically distributed workforce to ensure readiness and compliance.

You will collaborate with the TN22 Program Manager, government stakeholders, and staff to assess requirements, fill training gaps, and deliver timely readiness reports and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing cybersecurity or training programs in large distributed organizations.
• Knowledge of DoD cyber workforce concepts including DoD 8140 and DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work roles.
• Ability to develop readiness metrics, analyze workforce data, and produce executive reports/briefings.
• Ability to coordinate competing priorities across Government, contractor, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program.
• Develop and maintain training plans aligned to DoD work roles, contract requirements, and DoD 8140 qualification needs.
• Track qualification status, training completion, and development plans.
• Establish readiness metrics, dashboards, and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate training schedules/resources across multiple sites and shifts.
• Capture lessons learned and develop corrective-action plans after exercises and events.
• Brief leadership and government stakeholders on readiness, risks, and resourcing needs.
