Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Manager to lead the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program for the DISA GSM-O II initiative. You will oversee training plans, qualification tracking, and readiness reporting across a geographically distributed workforce in collaboration with program leadership and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing cybersecurity training programs in a large, distributed organization.
• Experience with DoD cyber workforce concepts, including DoD 8140 and DoD Cyber Workforce Framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program.
• Develop and maintain training plans aligned to DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work roles and contract requirements.
• Track workforce qualification status, training completion, and individual development plans.
• Establish and maintain readiness metrics, dashboards, and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Identify workforce capability gaps and recommend remediation actions.
• Coordinate training schedules and resources across multiple sites and shifts.
• Maintain documentation and audit-ready records for training and reporting.
