Job summary

Leidos in Odenton, MD is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Manager to lead the TN22 training and readiness program across our distributed workforce. You will partner with the TN22 Program Manager, staff, site coordinators, and Government stakeholders to assess readiness, close gaps, and deliver timely, decision-ready readiness reporting.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a related bachelor’s degree, and 12+ years in cybersecurity or training programs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; additional years may substitute for a degree.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, IT, or operational training programs in a large distributed org.
• Knowledge of DoD cyber workforce concepts, DoD 8140, and related work roles.
• Experience developing readiness metrics, data analysis, and executive reports.
• Ability to coordinate competing priorities among multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program.
• Develop and maintain training plans aligned to DoD work roles and 8140 requirements.
• Track qualification status, training completion, and individual development plans.
• Establish readiness metrics, dashboards, and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and recommend prioritized training and remediation actions.
• Coordinate training events, exercises, and readiness validations across sites.
• Capture lessons learned and develop corrective-action plans.
• Coordinate schedules and resources across sites and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and audit-ready records for training requirements.
• Brief leadership on readiness, risks, and resourcing needs.
