Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Manager to lead the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program. You will partner with the TN22 PM, Service Delivery Manager, trainers, site coordinators, and Government stakeholders to assess readiness requirements and deliver timely readiness reporting.

Responsibilities include developing plans aligned to DoD 8140, tracking qualifications, creating dashboards, and coordinating training events across multiple sites to close gaps and raise overall

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution; 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing cybersecurity, IT, or operational training programs in a large, distributed organization.
• Working knowledge of DoD cyber workforce concepts, including DoD 8140 and DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work roles.
• Experience developing readiness metrics, analyzing workforce data, and producing executive-level reports and briefings.
• Ability to coordinate competing priorities across Government, contractor, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program.
• Develop and maintain training plans aligned to DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work roles and contract requirements.
• Track workforce qualification status, training completion, and development plans.
• Establish readiness metrics, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
• Identify workforce gaps and recommend training, mentoring, and remediation actions.
• Coordinate training schedules across multiple sites and shifts.
• Maintain audit-ready records supporting training requirements.
• Brief leadership and Government stakeholders on readiness, risks, and actions.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure content reflects evolving threats.
