Job summary

You’ll lead end-to-end technical engagements, deliver product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and support customers from discovery through deployment and post-sale support, while applying deep security-architecture knowledge and practical troubleshooting skills. This role includes collaboration with Sales teams and engineers to scale security programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role in cybersecurity.
• Experience leading end-to-end technical engagements from discovery to post-sale support.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network and security architectures.
• Experience delivering technical demos and handling complex technical questions.
• Hands-on deployment and troubleshooting in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical engagements from discovery to post-sale support.
• Provide product demonstrations and address technical questions during prospect calls.
• Plan and execute POVs; hands-on troubleshooting and installation.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs with clear technical answers.
• Participate in prospect meetings, seminars and events.
