Job summary

N-able seeks an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales organization and partners. You will deliver compelling product demonstrations, lead POV engagements, and design secure, value-driven solutions for customers and MSPs.

In this role, you will translate complex cybersecurity challenges into clear architectures, collaborate with sales teams, and participate in thought leadership activities at events and webinars.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales or sales engineering roles.
• Strong ability to deliver demos and technical presentations.
• Experience leading POVs or technical evaluations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations highlighting cybersecurity and data protection capabilities.
• Conduct detailed technical discovery and translate requirements into solution architectures.
• Own end-to-end POV and trial processes from scoping to executive handoff.
• Enable MSPs, resellers, and partners with demos, trials, and technical validation guidance.
• Provide competitive insights and help shape product messaging and roadmap.
• Represent the company at events and webinars to strengthen brand credibility.
