Job summary

Exclusive Networks NA, a global cybersecurity specialist, seeks a Solutions Engineer to support presales activities, deliver technical demos, and assist with professional services engagements. This role reports to the Manager, Solutions Engineer and collaborates with sales, marketing, and vendor teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in networking, 1+ year in security technologies, and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on TCP/IP networking experience.
• 1+ year of Firewall, switches, WiFi, Endpoint security knowledge.
• Being a team player with strong communication to meet 30-min SLA expectations.

Responsibilities

• Be the network security solutions advisor, provide pre-sales support to Sales teams and partners: demos, analysis, design and specifications.
• Develop product updates, short courses trainings, and webinars for internal and external audiences.
• Conduct discovery and scoping calls for Professional Services projects.
• Provide technical expertise and support to all team members.
• Initiate and manage vendor solution POC life cycle (Proof of Concept).
• Perform other technical duties as necessary.
