Job summary

ESET North America seeks a Sales Engineer who blends cybersecurity know-how with a consultative sales approach. You will work with Account Managers and Channel Partners to demonstrate value and influence opportunities.

You will design security solutions, run POC assessments, and help customers strengthen their security posture, aligning technical outcomes with business goals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Industry certifications are a plus (Security+, CISSP, CEH, CCNA/CCNP).

Responsibilities

• Present company solutions (MDR bundle) and conduct demonstrations.
• Lead POC and value proof assessments for customers.
• Qualify customer requirements and contribute to CRM opportunity responses.
• Provide technical guidance across customer lifecycle and signpost success.
• Record activities in CRM and provide technical feedback to teams.
• Develop and maintain testing/demonstration environments for solutions.
• Coordinate tasks and prioritize to meet objectives.
