Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Solution Consultant for Armis by ServiceNow to demonstrate value via demonstrations, POV deployments, and targeted training.

This role requires deep cybersecurity and networking knowledge, with a history of client-facing work in enterprise settings and a willingness to travel up to 40% of the time. You will work closely with prospects, translate technical findings into value, and contribute to documentation and enablement efforts across the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical positions (SE, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect) ideally for a Cyber Security vendor.
• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
• Demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives and delivering successful outcomes.
• Experience closing complex cyber security SaaS solutions with Enterprise Customers and supporting Sales AE's / RSM's.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations to prospects.
• Deploy proof-of-value installations and lead POV efforts.
• Lead technical training sessions based on POV findings.
• Support marketing activities, conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Address prospect needs with clear verbal and written communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to strengthen the team and contribute individually.
• Develop prospect-facing documentation.
• Travel up to 40% of the time (varies by region).
