ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to support our Federal business in the Washington, DC region. You will demonstrate the Armis platform, deploy POV installations, and lead training sessions for prospects and customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical and customer-facing roles, a CS/MIS background, and a strong networking/cybersecurity foundation. Travel up to 40% and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• BS degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years experience in technical positions (SE, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect) for a Cyber Security vendor.
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex initiatives with successful outcomes.
• Experience closing complex cyber security SaaS solutions with Enterprise Customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations.
• Deploy proof-of-value installations.
• Lead technical training sessions based on POV findings.
• Support marketing activities, conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Address prospects' needs through astute verbal and written communication.
• Collaborate with and strengthen teammates in a team-oriented culture.
• Develop prospect-facing documentation.
• Travel up to 40% of the time (varies by region).
