Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Pre‑Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to design, position, and articulate security solutions for customers and sales teams across enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments.

This remote role may require periodic reporting to the Austin, TX office based on business needs. The ideal candidate combines deep cybersecurity knowledge with the ability to turn complex concepts into business outcomes, supporting PoCs, demonstrations, and security trainings for

Qualifications

3+ years of cybersecurity, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
Strong knowledge of email security technologies (phishing protection, SEG, DLP).
Ability to translate complex security concepts into business value for sales discussions.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals, security challenges, and environments.
Assess customer security architectures, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions.
Develop high‑level architectures, proposals, and supporting technical documentation; support PoCs and customer demos.
Provide security enablement and training to internal teams and ensure smooth handoff to delivery.
