Job summary

Wipro Technologies is seeking an Executive Director for Cybersecurity & Risk Services to drive sales and expand security solutions in the technology sector. The role focuses on IAM, GRC, SOC, and SIEM, engaging CXOs and leading bid processes across the US market.

The position requires strong consulting acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for reinventing enterprise security services. Plano, TX-based with relocation possible.

Qualifications

• Deep cybersecurity knowledge across IAM, GRC, SOC, SIEM and risk management.
• Proven ability to drive sales and revenue in technology services.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult on Enterprise Security Solutions Offerings.
• Manage Presales Consulting, Architect Solutions according to the customer demands.
• Responsible for revenue management for the allocated region / accounts.
• Create Business Development Plans for allocated sector / accounts.
• Ownership for both Farming and Hunting accounts.
• Work in a Virtual team to create value propositions to customers.
• Own and Run Large bid processes with a virtual team.
• Engage with CXOs to build the Security Business.
• Represent the team in steering committees and drive engagements.
• Transition and roll out SOC to the customer.
• Position, Architect and blueprint IT security requirements.
• Manage CSAT and customer expectations.
• Identify and convert new opportunities for business.
• Manage end-to-end Bid Management for Security Programs.
