Job summary

Wipro Technologies-USA is seeking an Executive for Cybersecurity & Risk Services to drive sales in the financial sector, focusing on IAM, GRC, SOC, SIEM and risk management. Location: New Jersey or Dallas; role includes consulting, presales, and leading large bid processes with virtual teams.

You will engage with CXOs, shape security solutions, manage accounts, and own revenue growth across allocated regions, while delivering measurable CSAT and aligning with Wipro’s security offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience selling cybersecurity services to financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, GRC, SOC, SIEM and risk management.
• Ability to lead presales and manage bids.
• Excellent communication with CXOs.

Responsibilities

• Consult on Enterprise Security Solutions Offerings.
• Manage Presales Consulting, Architect Solutions according to customer demands.
• Responsible for revenue management for the allocated region / accounts.
• Create Business Development Plans for allocated sector / accounts.
• Ownership for both Farming and Hunting accounts.
• Work in a Virtual team to create value propositions to customers.
• Own and Run Large bid processes with a virtual team.
• Engage with CXOs to build the Security Business.
• Represent the team in steering committees and drive engagement.
• Transition and roll out the SOC to the customer.
• Position and blueprint IT security requirements.
• Manage customer expectations and CSAT.
• Identify and convert new opportunities for business.
• Manage end-to-end Bid Management for region/accounts.
• Evangelize Security Solutions into opportunities.
• Demonstrate customer-oriented approach with commercial acumen.

As an Executive for Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS) at Wipro Technologies-USA, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our security solutions within the dynamic landscape of Cybersecurity. Your primary focus will be on generating sales in the financial/banking sectorcritical areas such as Identity Access Management (IAM), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations Centers (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and overall risk management strategies. Your expertise will be essential in effective consulting and leading sales strategies.which are rapidly evolving and present unique challenges in the realm of enterprise security. Location NJ or Dallas

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet our clients' distinct security needswhile promoting Wipro’s commitment to quality and effectiveness. A successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and emerging trends in cybersecurity, enabling you to effectively position our services and articulate their value to prospective clients.

Specialist for Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS) Service Line and would be responsible for driving sales of our security group. The ideal individual will have experience in Cybersecurity services; IAM, GRC, SOC, SIEM, compliance, risk management.

• Work with various teams and stakeholders in the customer environment to transition and roll out the SOC to the customer
• Position, Architect and Solution blueprint customer’s IT Security requirements
• Manage Customer expectations and be responsible for CSAT
• Identify and convert new opportunities for business.
• Manage complete end-to-end Bid Management process of Security Programs for the region / accounts
• Evangelize Security Solutions and convert them into opportunities
• You will be able to demonstrate a persevering and customer-oriented approach with commercial and business acumen.

• You will have effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong market knowledge of Enterprise Security industry and trends.
• The successful candidate will be a self-starter and highly motivated in order to take up the challenging task of generating more business in the allocated account(s)
• Interested to work as an Individual contributor.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from$200,000.00 to$280,000.00.
