SHI International Corp. is hiring a Manager of Presales Engineering to lead a team of Engineers, Architects, and Specialists. You will coach and develop Solutions Engineers, participate in customer meetings, and help close deals. Remote work is required from defined US regions, enabling coverage across multiple markets.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, collaboration, and strategic execution to meet customer needs while mentoring the team and aligning with sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Pre-Sales Technical role.
• Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.
• 3+ years in complex Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security and Network sales contexts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with CIO/CTO, IT Directors and Managers to sell and build relationships.
• Collaborate with sales to address the technical side of solutions and close deals.
• Engage with Local Technology Community and customer technical staff to establish credibility.
• Train the sales team on positioning company solution practices for enterprise needs.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and recognize team achievements.
