Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager of Presales Engineering to lead a team of engineers, architects, and specialists. You will coach, train, and develop Solutions Engineers, participate in customer meetings, and help move deals forward.

This remote role supports multiple US regions and requires travel. You will engage with client executives, collaborate with the sales team on technical solutions, and train sales on company practices to meet enterprise needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Pre-Sales Technical role.
• Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.
• Position requires 35% of travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and Application Managers to sell and uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to close deals by addressing the technical side of solutions.
• Engage with Local Technology Community and partners to establish market credibility.
• Strategically train sales on solution positioning to meet ongoing enterprise needs.
• Monitor employee performance and provide actionable feedback and recognition.
