Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Manager of Presales Engineering to lead a team of Engineers, Architects, and Specialists. You will drive technical pre-sales, engage with senior IT leaders, and collaborate with sales to close deals.

The role requires deep enterprise technology knowledge (Cisco, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, AWS, Microsoft, Palo Alto, etc.), advanced Excel/Visio/PPT skills, and a strong coaching background. Travel 35% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security, and Network sales opportunities.
• Minimum 2 years of development and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with CIO/CTO and IT leaders to sell and build relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals by addressing the technical side of solutions.
• Engage with Local Technology Community and customer technical personnel to establish market credibility.
• Strategically train the sales team on positioning company solutions to meet ongoing enterprise needs.
• Monitor performance and attendance, providing actionable feedback and recognizing achievements.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive successful implementation and outcomes.
