The role requires deep enterprise technology knowledge, strong leadership, and strategic planning abilities, with execution across Data Center, Cloud, Security, and Networking sales. Travel is 35% and OTE ranges widely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security, and Network sales opportunities.
• Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineers, Architects, and Specialists to deliver technical solutions.
• Engage in customer meetings to move deals forward and help close deals with the team.
• Train sales team on positioning of company solution practices and market needs.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and drive team results.
