Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Manager of Presales Engineering to lead a team of engineers and specialists, guiding the technical sales process and ensuring solutions meet customer needs. You will collaborate with the sales team to close deals and train on solution positioning.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep enterprise technology knowledge, with significant travel up to 35%. Base salary plus bonus forms the OTE package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with complex Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security, and Network sales opportunities.
• Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineers, Architects, and Specialists to deliver technical solutions.
• Engage in customer meetings to advance deals and close opportunities.
• Train and coach the sales team on technical positioning and solutions.
