Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Security Sales Senior Manager to drive growth for Midmarket clients in the USA, originating, shaping and closing cybersecurity deals across the Accenture Security portfolio.

You will engage with CISOs, CIOs, COOs and boards, leading high-value security opportunities, collaborating with global teams, and steering end-to-end sales cycles from needs analysis to closure. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity sales and origination or business development with a proven track record of closing multi-tower deals in the SME space.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Cybersecurity solutions with deep technical understanding of SOC, MDR, Identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if an associate degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close deals for high-value, complex security solutions in Midmarket clients.
• Own and deliver Midmarket security sales targets and revenue growth.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and contract negotiations.
• Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders to uncover strategic security needs and influence buying decisions.
