Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, digital sales or demand generation for tech, cloud or cyber security.
• 3+ years CRM discipline with Salesforce or equivalent; maintain records and pipeline.
• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital sales and identify opportunities, building a consistent U.S. mid-market pipeline.
• Own end-to-end sales for standard cyber security solutions from needs to close.
• Coordinate with marketing to share cyber security POVs and drive multi-client outreach.
• Create client-facing collateral with SMEs and marketing teams for engagement.
• Maintain accurate contacts, activity logs and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Leverage AI tools to source opportunities and accelerate research.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to delivery with Account Success Management.
• Provide clear pipeline reporting and campaign performance metrics.
