Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity sales leader to drive revenue for Cyber Readiness, Recovery & Response across NA. You will own the pipeline, lead RFPs, and align offerings with client risk priorities, collaborating with capability teams, pricing, and legal.

You will engage CISOs and executives, forecast accurately, and maintain strong relationships across account teams, industry leads, and alliance partners to close opportunities in a fast-paced matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in sales leadership within cybersecurity services or consulting
• Proven track record driving revenue growth in multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
• Experience leading RFP responses and complex negotiations through to close
• Proficiency with enterprise CRM and pipeline management platforms

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Cyber Readiness, Recovery & Response sales pipeline across NA (US, Canada, and LATAM) with accountability for revenue targets and forecast accuracy
• Lead and coordinate RFP responses with capability teams, architects, pricing, and legal to develop proposals
• Manage full opportunity lifecycle from qualification to close with appropriate resources at each stage
• Use internal sales platforms to track opportunities, manage pipeline health, and report to leadership
• Develop and maintain relationships with Accenture Security leaders and alliance teams to identify opportunities
• Engage with internal security community to stay current on portfolio developments and active pursuits
• Understand how Readiness, Recovery & Response services complement managed security offerings and communicate value to clients
• Represent the offering in internal practice forums, reviews, and planning sessions
• Engage senior client stakeholders to understand cyber readiness posture and present relevant Accenture solutions
• Develop clear proposals aligning capabilities to client risk priorities
• Work with delivery leads to ensure solutions are deliverable within commercial parameters
• Monitor competitive landscape across NA markets to position Accenture effectively
