Job summary

Serco seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer to support the CAF DMO 3.0 program in Hampton, VA. You will perform test, integration, and evaluation of M&S systems to support 5th/6th generation training interoperability, collaborating with the DoD customer and Serco teams.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance (with eligibility for TS/SCI) and a STEM degree with several years of engineering experience in testing, integration, SW development, or embedded systems. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

Active DoD security clearance or eligibility for TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
Degree in STEM with related engineering experience in test/integration.
Experience supporting DoD customers in a technical capacity.
Wamiliarity with military training system development/test is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Support simulation system integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing.
Use tools like Wireshark, CGFs, and standard simulation analysers.
Analyze network and compute performance including latency and bandwidth.
Develop and maintain test plans and procedures.
Draft test reports from integration and verification tasks.
Assist in CONOPS and COA development for deployment.
Contribute to requirements reviews, training support, and basic admin tasks.
Create scripts to enable efficient test artifact creation and task execution.
Identify and help resolve production/non-production application issues.
