Job summary

Serco is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer for CAF DMO 3.0 to perform test, integration, and evaluation of simulation systems supporting DoD exercises. You will work with DoD customers and Serco teams at Langley AFB and Orlando to deliver high-quality test services.

Position requires an active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI/SAP/SAR, a STEM degree with 5 years of engineering test/integration experience or an Associate’s degree with 7 years, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI/SAP/SAR.
• Experience performing test, integration, SW development, or embedded systems.
• Experience with DoD customers or military training/operational systems is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support integration, test, and evaluation of simulation systems and CGFs.
• Analyze network performance including latency and bandwidth.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Create CONOPS and COAs for deployment of capabilities.
• Contribute to life-cycle activities and perform scripting to automate tasks.
