112Cyber in the St Pete/Clearwater area is seeking a motivated sales development professional to qualify opportunities and drive new business with DIB clients pursuing CMMC/NIST 800-171 compliance.

You will engage leads through multi‑channel outreach, schedule discovery meetings, and collaborate with sales/marketing to grow pipelines while maintaining accurate CRM data. This hybrid role offers growth and exposure to a fast‑growing cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for sales and ability to identify customer needs.
• Strong lead qualification and discovery skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities and build customer interest with marketing support.
• Engage and progress leads via multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social).
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Sales Account Executives.
• Represent the company at industry conferences as a booth speaker.
• Develop understanding of offerings and related software solutions.
• Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and report on pipeline activity.
