Job summary

Everpure, a cybersecurity resilience leader, is seeking a passionate Field Solutions Architect to lead pre‑sales efforts across Cyber Resilience. You will develop and enable the field, articulate value to customers, and align GTM campaigns across partners and sales teams.

You bring 10+ years in IT pre‑sales, deep infrastructure knowledge, and familiarity with NIST CSF, data protection tools, and security solutions. Travel across the US and abroad is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Pre‑sales experience in Information Technology.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, etc.) technologies.
• Previous experience working with Public Sector customers strongly preferred.
• Strong technical acumen in the Cyber Resilience space with deep interest and vision for the industry.
• Understanding and application of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk, & Compliance requirements across multiple verticals.
• Expertise with common data protection products (Commvault, Veeam, DELL/EMC, Rubrik, etc.).
• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, XDR, SOAR, IAM, etc.
• Certifications such as ISC2 SSCP or CISSP is a plus.
• Self‑motivated ownership mindset driving the business to overachieve.
• Exceptional level of specialized sales experience with Cyber Resilience product solutions and a solid understanding of Pure Storage’s capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and other locations throughout the US and abroad.
• Publications and Social Media presence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create field facing solutions content (Technical Walkthroughs, Deep Dives, Qualification Guides, etc.) for Cyber Resilience.
• Mainstream Cyber Resilience and enablement projects to better equip the field for early opportunities.
• Webinars/Events presentations with Alliance Partners, Channel Partners, Vendors, etc.
• Identify and enable potential field leaders for Cyber Resilience.
• Participate in customer facing calls, demos, POCs, EBCs, internal strategy/sizing sessions, and other solution‑focused activities.
• Stay abreast of advancements in internal product offerings and external partner offerings as well as competitors.
• Solutions Roadmap participation/influence with Solutions Architects and Product Management.
• Daily Slack availability and enablement, leading to customer/opportunity influence.
• Participation/oversight in field testing to document anecdotal knowledge bridging gaps.
• Post sales assistance with expert knowledge around solutions.
• Partner with Sales & SE Leaders for two‑way feedback and communication.
• Be a beacon of positivity capable of inspiring the field to reach higher levels of success.
• High degree of cross‑functional engagement with other GTM and corporate functions.
• Communicate, connect and align people within the direct team and develop internal relationships across Everpure.
