Qualifications

Undergraduate or Graduate Education in a relevant field or equivalent.
Experience with IT principles, customer service, and basic system administration.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Performs IT customer support focusing and coordinating with DISA and customers to achieve mission goals.
Identify customer requirements based on analysis of business needs and practices.
Assist in analyzing functional requirements and develop viable IT solutions.
Review customer requirement documents and coordinate with engineering staff.
Shadow project team leaders to support coordination with IT staff.
