Responsibilities

• Performs IT customer support focusing on DISA and customer efforts to achieve mission goals and increase operational effectiveness.
• Works with the customer to identify customer requirements based on analysis of business needs and practices.
• Assist in analyzing functional requirements and develops viable IT solutions and alternatives.
• Assist in reviewing customer requirement documents to specify all technical requirements for engineers.
• Broker new customer workload and coordinate with project team leader, mentor, and advisor for project oversight.
