Responsibilities

• Performs IT customer support focusing and synchronizing DISA and customer efforts to meet mission goals and increase operational effectiveness.
• Identifies customer requirements based on analysis of business needs and practices.
• Assists in analyzing functional requirements and develops viable IT solutions and alternatives.
• Reviews customer requirement documents to specify all technical requirements for the engineering staff.
• Shadows the project team leader to support coordination with IT professionals.
