Qualifications

• Attention to detail in IT-related work to ensure accuracy and consistency with standards.
• Customer Service - experience maintaining relationships with customers and identifying IT products/services tailored to customer needs.
• Oral Communication - briefing mid-level management and IT staff on status of IT systems and projects to a non-technical audience.
• Problem Solving - identifying alternatives to address complex IT-related issues using diverse information sources.

Responsibilities

• Performs IT customer support focusing and synchronizing DISA and customer efforts to achieve mission goals and increase operational effectiveness.
• Works with the customer to identify requirements based on analysis of business needs and practices.
• Assist in analyzing functional requirements and developing viable IT solutions and alternatives.
• Assist in reviewing customer requirement documents to specify technical requirements.
• Brokers new customer workload and supports team members with project oversight and coordination.
