Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Customer Success – Cyber to lead a team that supports our cybersecurity accounts across API and Claude surfaces. You will coach CSMs, drive value realization, and expand our footprint with enterprise customers while shaping scalable CS processes and playbooks.

You will directly influence renewal risk, adoption, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and responsible AI deployment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in customer success or related roles, with 2+ years of front-line management.
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS or AI/ML customer teams.
• Cybersecurity experience or domain knowledge for credible advisory.
• Experience managing customer portfolios at enterprise scale with large ACVs.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate value and ROI.

Aufgaben

• Directly manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers for cybersecurity accounts.
• Coach team on adoption, value realization, and expansion strategies.
• Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise to cyber customers and CSMs.
• Drive expansion, renewals, and CSAT via core CS metrics.
• Join strategic engagements and escalate with executive stakeholders.
• Build scalable CS processes, playbooks, and success planning frameworks.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and align strategies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive adoption.
