Job summary

Dataminr is hiring a Customer Success Manager (Cyber) to own adoption, renewal, and growth across a strategic portfolio in North America Private Sector accounts. You will build trusted relationships with security teams and stakeholders, acting as a cyber platform expert to drive outcomes beyond basic features.

You will design multi-year account strategies, forecast renewals, and identify upsell opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise software or SaaS customer success experience.
• Experience supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and real-time alerting in private sector environments.
• Excellent communication to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption, renewal, and growth across a portfolio of North America Private Sector accounts.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CISOs and security leaders.
• Design and scale programs and playbooks integrating Cyber Defence offerings into customer workflows.
• Use data-driven metrics to identify risks and opportunities affecting retention and growth.
