Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned AMER/AWSI Industry PDS for Amazon Connect (CXE) to own and manage the execution plan with partners, driving go-to-market with strategic industry partners and engaging CXO-level buyers.

You will lead cross-industry GTM efforts, accelerate partner-led delivery, and align with AWS executives to deliver scale across the CXE segment while leveraging AI and analytics to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology.
• Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AMER and AWSI Amazon Connect (CXE) partner go-to-market strategy to expand partners with industry specialization.
• Lead cross-industry GTM efforts engaging CXO buyer personas and drive industry thought leadership on contact center topics.
• Drive proactive GTM initiatives delivering customer outcomes at scale via AWS partners and major conferences.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to expand the AWS Connect practice with scalable, industry-aligned motions.
• Build scalable mechanisms enabling partner-led delivery and improve sales cycle speed and win rates.
• Represent Amazon Connect (CXE) in MBRs, guiding partners and internal teams on high-impact solutions.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on persona-based GTM initiatives and senior partner relationships.
