Job summary

Amazon Connect CXE seeks a Partner Specialist to own the execution plan with partners and drive go-to-market activities across industries. You will engage CXO-level buyers and partners to build a scalable, partner-led delivery model and expand the AWS Connect practice.

Applicants should have strategic thinking, strong business/technical acumen, and experience influencing leadership decisions across organizations. This is a senior, full-time role based in the AMER region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in GTM, BD, sales or consulting with leadership influence.
• Experience developing strategies that influence executive decisions.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner GTM strategy to expand industry specialization and pipeline.
• Lead cross-industry GTM efforts engaging CXO personas and key use cases.
• Drive initiatives delivering customer outcomes at scale with AWS partners.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to grow the AWS Connect practice.
