Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a senior leader for AMER and AWSI Industry & Solutions focused on Amazon Connect (CXE). You will own and drive the go-to-market plan with partners, engaging CXO-level buyers and shaping industry-specific strategies to expand the CXE pipeline across enterprises.

You will lead cross-functional GTM initiatives, collaborate with strategic partners, and build scalable, partner-led delivery mechanisms.

Qualifications

6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership teams
Experience building partnerships and go-to-market plans with external partners

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the AMER and AWSI Amazon Connect (CXE) partner go-to-market strategy to expand partners with industry specialization
Lead cross-industry GTM efforts engaging CXO buyer personas and scalable use-case strategies
Drive proactive GTM initiatives delivering customer outcomes at scale via AWS partners
Collaborate with strategic partners to expand the AWS Connect practice through scalable motions
Build scalable mechanisms enabling partner-led delivery and improve sales cycle speed
Represent Amazon Connect in MBRs, provide insights on pipeline health and corrective actions
Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on persona-based GTM initiatives and establish C-level relationships
