Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer and partners; curate custom feature requests for unique use cases.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock partners delivering for key business challenges.
• Own the technical bar for specialist artifacts and standards with the extended team.
• Collaborate with GTM colleagues to provide technical insights and support field marketing events and engagements.
• Share best practices via blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events.
• Guide an internal community of technical SMEs aligned to customers; create field enablement materials.
• Design and deliver practice build and improvement to partners' architectures and implementations.
