Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Worldwide Specialty Seller to drive the Connect partner GTM strategy across SI/GSI partners and build revenue and customer adoption for AWS Connect solutions. You will own GTM programs, develop key initiatives, and collaborate with partner and field teams to expand AWS Connect adoption and delivery capabilities.

You will identify Connect opportunities within SI/GSI ecosystems, manage pipeline, and lead strategic discussions with partners and customers,

Qualifications

5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
5+ years working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking)
5+ years working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage)
5+ years working with Business Application Technologies (EUC, Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, etc.)
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

Responsibilities

Drive GTM strategies for Amazon Connect SI/GSI partners to accelerate enterprise customer adoption.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior partner stakeholders across SI and GSI organizations.
Lead sales engagements and comprehensive GTM activities with partners to grow revenue and customer adoption.
Design scalable programs and deliver business reviews to unblock partner challenges and drive growth.
Own the pipeline and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute partner-driven initiatives.
